A Mindful approach To Postpartum care

New parents do not get enough support in today’s society. I am passionate about changing that for you. We don’t have the “village” that we’re often told we need to raise our children, but you can choose to intentionally build your support team. The work of a postpartum doula is to help deeply care for you and offer customized support so that you can focus on healing, resting, and bonding with your new baby. By incorporating mindfulness practices into your postpartum time, you can feel connected to the present moment and better able to stay grounded through the highs and lows of parenting.
